The treatment of choice is botulinum toxin.

Why?

These wrinkles are caused by excessive muscle contractions, such as frown lines, forehead wrinkles when the forehead is furrowed, crow’s feet wrinkles when we smile, or periorbital wrinkles when we talk and smile.
Botulinum toxin inhibits muscle contraction.
It is a drug that has been used for decades in neurology and ophthalmology to relieve abnormal muscle contractions.

How?

Used appropriately, botulinum toxin can reduce or even stop muscle contraction.
It all depends on the doses used.
We work with you to determine the desired effect, so that it is as natural as possible.
The effect is not visible the same day, but appears 5 to 10 days after the injection.

What’s the outcome?

Botulinum toxin produces a relaxed effect, relaxing the wrinkle and making it disappear.
If the wrinkle is too deep, it can be filled in with hyaluronic acid.
Dr Larnier will always suggest a 2nd appointment, which is included in the initial price, for a touch-up if necessary to achieve the optimum result you want.
You can return to work the same day, there is no social impact.

Botulinum toxin or is an effective treatment for stopping excessive underarm perspiration. The effect lasts several months and needs to be renewed about once a year.

The injections are made in each armpit and the effect appears in a few weeks. It is a simple treatment with immediate return to activity.
